What your future fitness goals are and any limitations you may have. Your certified nutritionist will then ask about your nutritional habits and create a menu plan that works best for you!

Your trainer will prepare you for your program and set you up for your success. Initial baseline testing including measurements and weekly weigh ins will help you stay focused
